Ice Water Rescue Drill February 17, 2008. The New Hamburg Fire District conducted an ice water rescue drill at Whites Marina. Stressed items were safety of the members entering the water and ice and how to successfully retrieve a possible victim. Communication between land and water is critical to everyone safety.
